Los Angeles River Tour

L.A. RIVER GREENWAY (STUDIO CITY)

The City of Los Angeles is preparing plans for a Los Angeles River Greenway between Sherman Oaks and Studio City. A landscape architect for the City is preparing a conceptual master plan for community enhancements for the River between Sepulveda Boulevard and Lankershim Boulevard. The second part of the project involves actual implementation of a ½-mile River greenway along a popular stretch of Studio City, between Whitsett Avenue and Laurel Canyon Boulevard. Implementation will consist of installing trails, decorative artwork, signs, native landscaping, and seating areas along the River.
