PROPOSITION 1 ROUND 2 UPDATES
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) released the Proposition 1 Round 2 Proposal Solicitation Package (PSP) and Guidelines on May 17, 2022. Greater Los Angeles County (GLAC) Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) Leadership Committee issued its Call for Projects seeking eligible projects for inclusion in its proposal to DWR. Selected projects are listed under Project Selection Process.

Project Selection Process
On November 16, 2022, the GLAC IRWM Leadership Committee approved the selection of 17 projects for inclusion in the application for the Proposition 1 Round 2 grant. Selected projects will begin working on the application process to prepare all the required application attachments (refer to Proposal Preparation Process).

Proposal Preparation Process
The selected projects will begin working with the approved application preparation consultant, Woodard & Curran, to complete the application attachments including -
Grant Agreement
Please review the Grant Agreement Template. It provides information on the invoicing and reporting requirements. The fully executed Grant Agreement will become part of the MOU to be signed between the local project sponsor and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, which will serve as the applicant and Grantee under the Proposition 1 Round 2 Grant.
